• AURA LOOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Products & Pricing

• All products listed on auraloomstore.com are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. AURA LOOM reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
• An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock or payment fails.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available gateways.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card details.
• In case of a payment failure, please check with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
• AURA LOOM is not liable for any bank fees, international transaction charges, or currency conversion costs.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier, weather, or force majeure are not our liability.
• We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
• AURA LOOM is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery confirmation by the courier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Items purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us at auraloomstores@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• AURA LOOM reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at auraloomstores@gmail.com.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
• AURA LOOM reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

• All content on this website including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics are the property of AURA LOOM and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
