Yes, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused with tags attached.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pincodes.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligibility: Within 7 days of delivery in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Step 1: Email auraloomstores@gmail.com with order number & reason.
  • Step 2: Receive return label.
  • Step 3: Pack and ship the item.
  • Step 4: Refund/Exchange will be processed after inspection.
Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email auraloomstores@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
